Badgemore Park Golf Club was established in 1971. Golf architect Robert Sandow was commissioned to turn the 120 acres of mature woodland and landscaped park, which surrounded the former estate of the McAlpine family, into a beautiful 18-hole golf course.Over 30 years later a magnificent 6129-yard, 69 par golf course has resulted. The club is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is easily accessible from the historic town of Henley-on-Thames, and also the M4 and M40 motorways.

The Red 9 – 3182 yards, the Yellow 9 – 3189 yards and the new Blue 9 – 3354 yards are all accessible from the Clubhouse and offer members (300), green fee players and societies, 27 different holes in a day if required. All the greens are constructed to USGA specification and are currently considered to be as good as any new course in north Oxfordshire. Par is either 71 or 72 and SSS 70 and 71 depending upon the combinations played. From the white tees the Yellow & Blue extends to 6553 yards and from the yellow tees up to 6061 yards.
