They say that Africa gets into your blood and that you feel compelled to return. I will do one day, and I’ll take a modern travel rod with some more backbone, because I want a chance again at a truly wild freshwater fish of the size my imagination tells me that catfish was.
And while I’m about it, I’ll get some advice on how to improve the hook-up rate on those ruddy tiger fish as well.
