The spacious greens, with their subtle borrows, and some tough uncompromising par 4’s make the top class course a fair test of golf which must be treated with respect.The Bradford Golf club locally known as Hawksworth commands extensive views over Baildon and Rombalds Moors, and can justly claim to be one of the oldest golf clubs in Yorkshire.The Golf Club was established in 1891 as ‘The Bradford St Andrews Golf Club’, first playing at Baildon and moving to its present site in 1899.
