The club has around 600 members in total across all sections, and of these about 40 are Category One players, which speaks volumes about the standard of player the course attracts. At 6231 yards, it is not a long course, however, it does offer a challenging test of golf, requiring accurate shots in order to score well. Thanks to its excellent drainage, the course is rarely closed due to rain, temporary greens are also seldom used unless there’s an early morning frost.
