I walked to Cowden this morning and in the afternoon, Charlie and I walked to Holtye Common with Verney Darbishire and Mr. Morley, where they, Charlie and the others looked out a place for a golf links, and amused themselves knocking a golf ball about.

Broome Park Golf Club

The 6,580 yard parkland golf course is set within the 268 acre Broome Park Estate. The 18 Hole Golf Course, one of the finest in Kent, was designed by the well known golf course architect Donald Steel. The undulating countryside, with beautiful views of the surrounding valleys makes this course a good test for all Golfers, of all ages and has a particularly interesting 18th Hole.
