The land over which the lovely Ham Manor golf course has been laid out for more than 67 years has a long and distinguished history.Today the golf course is separated from the sea by a main road, a small town and some two miles.It is difficult to picture the area criss-crossed with creeks and inlets, with access by boat to a quay at Poling which lies on the landward side of the course.
